July 7th: NEWS: First team and Reserve team pre-season training begins

June 27th: YOUTH NEWS: Under 13's pre-season training will start Saturday 4th July 2009 at 10:30 at the Selex Ground.

June 27th: YOUTH NEWS: Under 13's will be playing in the Southend Junior League "A" Division for the forthcoming season.

June 16th: CLUB NEWS: Pre-Season training will start on Tuesday 7th July at the Selex Ground. Training starts at 7:00.

June 8th: CLUB NEWS: There will be a get together for players and staff on tuesday 16th June. This will be the chance for players and staff to meet and talk about the forthcoming season and begin preparation.
